Experience the best of South Eastern Ontario’s craft beer and spirits scene on this private and curated journey. Over the course of four carefully selected stops, you will visit two breweries and two distilleries, enjoying authentic tastes paired with genuine stories from the people who make them.

At each destination, you will spend unhurried time exploring the flavours, techniques, and inspirations that set these makers apart. Whenever possible, you will meet the brewers and distillers in person, hearing how passion, place, and craft come together in every pour.

Bridge Masters
Brewing Company

Bridge Masters Brewing Company, located in Perth, Ontario, seamlessly integrates history with craft brewing. Positioned next to Canada’s oldest metal swing bridge, the brewery celebrates its heritage through its distinctive branding and traditional beer recipes. Housed in a former Wampole pharmaceutical factory, the brewery’s interior features exposed beams and brick, creating a charming old-meets-new ambiance that enhances the experience of savoring a cold pint. Top Shelf Distillers

Top Shelf Distillers, located in historic Perth, Ontario, carries forward the town’s long-standing connection to craft distilling. Perth was once home to a thriving whisky industry, and Top Shelf revives that heritage with a modern, small-batch approach that celebrates local flavour.Since opening in 2014, they have grown from crafting vodka and gin to producing whisky, moonshine, and a signature range of dessert liqueurs, including the much-loved butter tart moonshine. Every spirit is made with care, often featuring locally sourced ingredients that reflect the flavours of the region.
