Terms and Conditions for A 1000 Ways

Introduction
Welcome to A 1000 Ways. By booking a tour with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. These terms govern your use of our services and constitute a legally binding agreement between you and A 1000 Ways.

1. Booking and Payment

1.1 Deposit and Full Payment: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 21 days before the scheduled start of the tour.

1.2 Late Bookings: For bookings made within 21 days of the tour departure date, full payment is required at the time of booking.

1.3 Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. Detailed instructions will be provided during the booking process.

2. Cancellation and Refunds

2.1 Cancellation by the Client:

• Cancellations made 14 days or more before the scheduled tour date are eligible for a full refund, minus an 8% service fee, or the option to rebook within the current tour calendar. 
• Cancellations made within 13 days of the scheduled tour date are subject to full charges, and no refunds or rebooking will be provided.

2.2 Cancellation by A 1000 Ways: We reserve the right to cancel any tour due to unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control. These events include but are not limited to civil disturbances, natural disasters, fire, epidemics, health risks, unpredictable and unavoidable technical problems with transport. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule your tour.

3. Changes to Bookings

3.1 Amendments by the Client: Any changes to your booking must be requested in writing. We will do our best to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability. Additional costs may apply.

3.2 Changes by A 1000 Ways: We reserve the right to make minor changes to the tour itinerary or services as necessary. In the unlikely event of significant changes, you will be informed promptly and offered a choice of alternatives or a full refund.

4. Health and Safety

4.1 Client Responsibility: It is your responsibility to ensure that you are physically fit and healthy enough to participate in the tour. Please inform us of any medical conditions or dietary requirements at the time of booking.

4.2 Insurance: We strongly recommend that you obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellations, medical expenses, personal liability, and loss or damage to personal belongings.

5. Liability

5.1 A 1000 Ways Liability: We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the tour unless directly caused by our negligence. Our liability is limited to the tour cost.

5.2 Third-Party Services: A 1000 Ways makes arrangements with destinations, restaurants, wineries, breweries, galleries, retail shops, parks and other independent parties (“Third Party Services”). We are not liable and do not assume responsibility for any claims, loss of enjoyment, damages, losses, costs or expenses arising out of inconvenience, resulting from the act or omission of any party other than A 1000 Ways and its employees.

6. Behaviour and Conduct

6.1 Client Conduct: You are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly throughout the tour. We reserve the right to remove any participant who poses a danger to themselves or others, engages in illegal activities, or disrupts the tour.

6.2 Damage and Loss: You are responsible for any damage or loss caused by your actions during the tour.

7. Privacy Policy

7.1 Personal Information: We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for providing the tour services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

8. Governing Law

8.1 Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

9. Agreement

9.1 Acceptance of Terms: By booking a tour with A 1000 Ways, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
