Available from May through November with Saturday private experiences for guests staying in Brockville or Maitland.
Before your hosted experience begins, spend the morning at the Brockville Farmers’ Market, where growers, bakers, makers, and neighbours have gathered for generations.
Browse the stalls, enjoy a coffee, pick up something that catches your eye, and ease into the day without watching the clock.
It is a quieter beginning. One that feels less like sightseeing and more like becoming part of the place for a little while.

Some occasions deserve a little more time. Whether you’re planning a proposal, celebrating an anniversary, marking a milestone, or simply wanting the day to end somewhere special, the Private Retreat Finale offers a quiet setting to savour the moment.
At the conclusion of your hosted experience, you’ll arrive at a private retreat overlooking a peaceful pond and creek. A beautifully prepared charcuterie board and a bottle of local wine will already be waiting on the deck, leaving nothing to think about except enjoying the view and each other’s company.
With two hours of exclusive access, the pace slows naturally. There are no reservations to keep, no crowds to share the moment with, and nowhere else you need to be.
Just good food, good wine, and a place that feels entirely your own.
